Out-of-Parish Tuition Program
Per the Archdiocese of Portland's K-8 Elementary School Financial Operation Plan and Forming Missionary Disciples: A Strategic Plan for Catholic School Education, registered families of St. Patrick's may receive a tuition subsidy for Catholic education in the Archdiocese of Portland.
Eligibility
A qualifying Catholic student and family are determined based on the below criteria. Our administrative team reviews these criteria quarterly for each family.
- Registered parishioners at St. Patrick's
- Regular and verifiable attendance at Sunday Mass
- Active participation in parish life
- Identifiable financial support
Registered Parishioners at St. Patrick's
Families must be registered parishioners at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Please call or email our Rectory Office to verify your registration status. Unregistered families can register by filling out our online parishioner registration form.
Regular and Verifiable Attendance at Sunday Mass
Families must attend Sunday Mass regularly at St. Patrick's. Attendance is confirmed by checking in with Fr. Timothy or our administration team during Coffee & Donuts.
Active Participation in Parish Life
Families must continuously participate in parish life by volunteering, participating in a ministry, or attending faith formation events. Explore our volunteer opportunities and faith programming through our Realm Connect online community.
Identifiable Financial Support
The family must consistently give regular and identifiable financial support to our parish. Offertory donations must be made through our online giving platform, ensuring traceability to the family.

Distribution of Funds
Tuition payments are paid directly to the school of attendance in four quarterly installments. Families must continuously meet the eligibility requirements outlined above to receive tuition support.
How to Apply
To start the enrollment process, you should first visit the school where you have chosen to enroll your child or children. The school will provide you with all the necessary forms and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Once you have received these documents and reviewed the instructions, please reach out to our parish office for additional information and guidance on the next steps.
